These are the main requirements for the subclass 600 visitor visa, which is a temporary visa. You cannot include family members in your application nor extend your stay. You must lodge a new application for a suitable visa once your current temporary visa expires.

Aside from these, it’s imperative that you submit identification documents, a police clearance, and health certificate if requested.
