• Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa 870: This temporary visa allows an Australian citizen or permanent resident’s parent to visit the country for up to five years.

Note that as of January 2025, Contributory parent visas are being processed for those queued up to February 2018 applications. Meanwhile, Parent visas are being processed for those queued up to December 2012.
